How do I create a MindBody account?
Follow these steps to create a new account using the Mindbody app.
- Tap the Profile button in the navigation bar at the bottom to access the Profile screen.
- Tap the Login or create an account button to access the Login or sign up screen.
- Enter your email address (the email you gave to TFW) in the Enter your email address field and tap the Continue button.

Sign up using Facebook, Google, or Apple using the corresponding buttons.
Note: If you already have an account, you are prompted to enter your password on the Login screen. - On the Sign up screen, enter your account information, such as your first and last name, password, country, and email preferences.
Follow these steps to create a new account using the Mindbody desktop site.
- Access the MindBody Website
- Tap the Sign up button at the top right to access the Create your account window.
- Enter your account information, such as your first and last name, password, country, and email preferences, and select the check box to agree to the Mindbody Consumer Agreement and Privacy Policy.

How do I sign up for a team training class or personal training session?
Use the MindBody app or desktop site to see our class schedule and view your coach’s availability. Make sure to subscribe to our mailing list, where we share dates for upcoming monthly events and special sessions.
Team Training Classes:
- Search for Training for Warriors Bainbridge through your MindBody app or desktop site and click Classes
- Choose your preferred class time and click the Sign Up Now button for the class.
- From the Make a Reservation screen click Make a single reservation, or select the days under the “Recurring Options,” and click to Make a recurring reservation.
- Once you make a selection, you’ll be taken to the Check out option to finalize your class time sign up
Personal Training Session:
- Search for TFW Bainbridge through your MindBody app or desktop site and click Select an Appointment
- Choose an available session time and click the Sign Up Now button for the class.
- From the Make a Reservation screen click Make a single reservation, or select the days under the “Recurring Options,” and click to Make a recurring reservation.
- Once you make a selection, you’ll be taken to the Check out option to finalize your class time sign up.
What if I can no longer attend a class or session I signed up for?
We understand that schedules can change quickly and missing class will sometimes happen. If you can’t make it to your scheduled class or session, you must cancel through the MindBody app or desktop site in advance.
Cancelling Through MindBody:
- Log in to your MindBody account
- Click on My Info > My Schedule
- Locate the reservation you wish to cancel and click Cancel
- Confirm the cancellation by clicking OK
At this time there are no penalities for late cancelling or no shows of a Team Training Class.
Cancelling a Personal Training Session:
You can cancel a Personal Training Session by navigating to the applicable appointment in the MindBody App or Desktop Site and selecting the cancellation option as indicated above. The following policies also apply:
- EARLY CANCELLATION
Personal Training reservations may be canceled with no penalty any time prior to 10 hours before the scheduled start time. - LATE CANCELLATION
Any Personal Training session canceled within 10 hours of the session time will result in a loss of the session credit. - NO SHOWS
If you are a no show for a training session, the result is a loss of the session credit.
Billing & Payment
When will I be billed for my membership?
Once you start your membership with us, your first payment will be due on your contract signing date. After that, you’ll be automatically billed every 28 days to whatever payment method you provided.

Freezes & Cancellations
What if I need to freeze my membership?
We know life happens, and sometimes that means not being able to come into the gym for a while. That’s why, we offer 2 complementary freezes a year for our 12-month, annual contract members. Just fill out the Membership Freeze form at least 7 business days before you would like your freeze to start and we will pause your membership for 2 weeks (minimum) and up to 4 weeks (maximum). You won’t be charged during your freeze and your contract will be extended after its original term by the same length of your requested freeze.
*If you have a “Cancel Anytime” membership, you can still freeze your agreement for just $10 per week, paid in full at the beginning of your freeze period.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
We hate to see you go! However, if temporarily freezing your membership or changing your membership frequency is not enough for your situation, we get it. Just let us know you need to cancel your membership by filling out the membership cancellation form at least 14 business days before your next billing date to make sure you’re not charged for the upcoming month. If you cancel within the 14 day period, your membership will be canceled before the next billing period and you will be able to continue attending the gym through that final billing cycle.
*For Annual Membership Cancellations: early termination of an Annual Membership will require 14 days notice and if you do not complete your 12-month commitment, you must pay 50% of the remaining contract as a cancellation fee.
If you have a medical issue that prevents you from utilizing your membership or are permanently moving away from our gym location – usually we can work together to cancel your membership without penalty.
